- Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, as noted on the product page.

We offer reliable and secure delivery options through trusted carriers.
- Standard Shipping: 1-3 Working days
• International shipping: 70 SAR flat rate
• Available to selected countries

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delays due to customs or local carriers may occur and are outside our control.

7. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at durrjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but Durr is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
