Return & Refund Policy

At Durr, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and certificates.
  • The item has not been altered, resized, or customized.
  • A return request is submitted to our customer service team within the return window.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
Custom-made or personalized pieces are also final sale.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email durrjewelry@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your request and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return. Durr is not responsible for items lost in transit.
